Document Checklist

1. Passport size color photographs (6 Nos.)

2. Original Birth certificate from Nursery to STD I.

3. Original school leaving Certificate for students of STD II to onwords. (If students coming from other states must provide the school leaving certificate countersigned by Education Officer of that state / Regional Office of CBSE)

4. Photocopy of Progress Report of previous Academic Year

5. Photocopy of blood Group Report.

6. Caste certificate (for reserved category only)

7. Photocopy of Students Father's & Mother's ID Proof.
