Children’s day is celebration in India to commemorate the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, independent India 1st Prime Minister. The occasion is celebrated on 14th November every year with great splendor & grandeur.
A day making childhood, children’s Day celebrations focus on children & their enjoyment.
Pre- primary teachers organized different cultural programs& drama for students. Children’s Participated in various activities such as Singing, Speeches and so on. 5thstd students, some teachers and our principal donated clothes & medicine for old women those live in ‘RidhiOldage Home.’ Old women were participated in the musical program with great enthusiasm.
Children’s Day is all about respecting & honoring children who are considered to be the future leaders of the nation.
We tried to inculcate the values like respect to elders, honesty, sense of responsibility etc.
